Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful and spacious rooms with great amenities, though the dining options might not meet everyone's expectations. The service is exceptional, and the location is ideal for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room upgrade to a bigger room with an enclosed suite right by the pool was just what I wanted, but I wished it had been cleaner. The service was extremely generous and prompt, especially during a scary tornado warning. The location was ideal for couples visiting Sea World, though I found the food and drinks a bit overpriced for families. The dining experience was excellent, especially the meat dishes. Overall, a great stay with a few minor cleanliness issues.
My stay at Winterpark, Colorado during the summer was lovely. The rooms were spacious, nice, and clean, offering a comfortable experience. However, we had an issue with the A/C one morning. The service was attentive and helpful, although one person was rude about my service animal despite proper documentation. The location was beautiful with a lot of kid-friendly activities on-site, but some areas were quite far from amenities. The dining options were decent, with some areas needing improvement. Overall, a good stay with some minor hiccups.
